Small Exterior Home or Structure Painting or Staining
Vasyl and his team did an excellent job repairing my exterior porch and painting the interior of the porch. Very reasonably priced and the work was done in a timely manner. Everything was left neat and clean at the end of the day.Vasyl was very good at keeping in contact on the project plans. Would definitely recommend and would use them for future projects.

I was very happy with Vasyl and his team. They replaced the decking boards and railings on both of my decks. Work performed was of high quality and attention to detail was very evident. Communication with Vasyl was also very good, he contacted me whenever there was a question regarding stylistic change options. I would definitely recommend them for a future project.

He was very nice. Sent me a quote which was reasonable so the job got done. He came in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself and gave me pointers on when to stain the wood.

Five stars are not enough to rate how good this company is. They are everything you want in a contractor. The quality of their work, and the timely manner in which they do the job is phenomenal . They leave the work space absolutely clean each night. The workers are very skilled and also very polite. I totally trust this company to do any job that I need done .Vasyl the owner is amazing. He is brilliant, accommodating and makes sure you are happy with the finished product. I have gotten many compliments on the quality of my deck they built around my pool. Go with this company. You will not regret it!!

I needed to have my deck footings, posts and beam replaced. Bill came out the same day I talked to him, and he emailed a quote the next day. The price seemed fair, the work started on Friday and was finished on Monday. I was shown pictures of previous jobs and worked with Bill on the exact material to be used. The workers seemed very knowledgeable and did a really nice job.

Bill, the owner, called me as soon as HomeAdvisor contacted him. He made an appointment with me within a few days. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. He emailed me a price in 2 days and we agreed that he could start the work as soon as possible. He gave me a time frame of 1-2 weeks and he came within that time frame and the job was done in one day. We are very happy with the work and how quickly it got done. We would highly recommend Bill and Sky City Home Improvement

I entered my project into Home Advisor on Tuesday and on Friday it was done. Bill from Sky City contacted us right away. He explained the options we had for fixing or replacing our siding. He gave us a fair price for the work. I am so pleased with the results! He was fast, reasonable and did a great job! I will definitely be contacting him again!

The quality of the work was outstanding. Vasily arrived on time for the quote, made suggestions about my small project and we could not be more satisfied. The workers were polite and the care they took with the work was excellent. They left my back yard immaculate. I will DEFINITELY contact Sky City when we have future projects. His pricing is not low, but it is fair and the value received is excellent.
