"Very happy with piano move!"

"The Action Piano team was responsive immediately after I contacted them. They worked with me to set up times that would work and picked up and delivered within their stated windows. On top of that, these guys did an excellent job moving my fragile and not in the best shape baby grand piano. They even did some additional repair and set up work upon delivery. In some ways, despite the move, the piano was delivered in better condition than it started in. Excellent quality and a reasonable price. I will definitely look to hire them again."

"A++.
Why we selected Sterling:
I received quotes from 10 different highly rated moving companies. Stefan from Sterling visited the apartment and provided a very competitive estimate. He was courteous, friendly and professional.  He quoted us a fixed, flat fee to pack and move our apartment.
Sterling seemed to have the best combination of professionalism and affordability.  And I liked the concept of a flat fee, as move day is less stressful when you're not hyper-focused on watching the clock.
Move day:
We have a young child, and thus needed a full service move as we did not have time to pack.  We literally didn't move a finger.  Sterling sent a 4 man crew that arrived at 9:30am.  They meticulously packed up all of our possessions, taking care with delicate items to ensure that everything would be well wrapped.  All of our items were successfully loaded out of our Manhattan elevator building and into their truck.  Upon arrival in Brooklyn, the team did the heavy lifting, carrying everything up 2 flights of stairs into our new 3rd floor brownstone apartment.
The 4 man crew was awesome.  Hard-working, professional and good natured.  All 4 were respectful of neighbors and friendly around my wife and young child.  In under 9 hours, they completed our full service move flawlessly.  I would highly recommend Sterling to anyone looking for a high quality moving experience.

"I have been moving a lot due to my work. Never have I felt that moving is easy until now. The guys at Rob The Mover simply amazing. The move was like a breeze. In and out just like that. They came, they packed, the delivered. No dents, no flaws, no hidden fees. I will definitely use The Moving DR for my future long distance moves."

"The men were very skilled in moving my old baby-grand piano. The piano is extremely heavy, yet they were able to remove the 3 legs and pedal unit and maneuver the heavy keyboard section successfully down 6 steps to the truck. They wrapped all parts of the piano carefully. Other pieces of furniture were wrapped with care as well. They reassembled the piano at the destination quickly and efficiently. I was very stressed about the move since the piano means so much to me, however the piano was in good hands and I could tell that they have moved many pianos! I thought the price was very reasonable and will use Astro again should I need to move in the future."

"Capital City Movers did an excellent job moving my furniture to a new apartment. Brandon, the relocation consultant, was very courteous and gave me the best price of all the movers I met with. On the day of the move, the team was punctual. They packed all my items carefully and then set the new apartment up perfectly. I plan to use them again for future moves."

"The moving crew arrived on time. They were all pleasant, polite, and professional. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Moving Ahead Moving and Storage."

"After getting ridiculous quotes from the “major carriers” for a local move, a friend recommended White Glove Moving and Storage. I gave them a call and was very pleasantly surprised at their fair prices. On moving day, four men got to work right away. They were very professional, pleasant, courteous and efficient. They took great care wrapping and loading our expensive furniture. When we arrived at our new home, not one scratch or dent on any of our possessions. They moved and placed each piece of furniture in different locations until we were completely satisfied. I have moved many times in my life and I can honestly say that I have never had such a stress free move, ever! Look no further, this is the firm you want for your move. I highly recommend White Glove Moving and Storage."

"This was the second time we hired Great Moving for a move (this time a large 2 bedroom apartment to a house upstate) and everything went extremely smoothly. We had a couple of tricky pieces of furniture to move (standing desk, exercise equipment, and glass shelves cabinets and glass top tables) - but everything was packed in about 2.5 hours and moved into the new place a few hours later. The whole move including a 1.5 hour drive took only about 6 hours. Overall they took good care of everything and moved very efficiently. Would definitely use them for future moves."

"I would strongly recommend McAvey Moving.  Thank You Angies list for making it easy to find them and seeing all of the great reviews.  I agree with all of them.  Great experience from the in home visit and estimate, to the actual crew of four coming and completing the move.  it was a long day with a lot of heavy furniture to move.  But they were terrific thorugh the entire process. Very courteous and respectful.  Great group!  They made a stressful experience as easy as possible.
