I hired this moving company in hopes of a smooth and professional move, but unfortunately, my experience was far from it. During the move, they broke an expensive banister in my home. The damage was significant, and I was initially hopeful that they would take responsibility for it. However, when I reached out to them, they refused to accept any accountability for the damage, leaving me completely frustrated. The lack of professionalism and respect for my property is beyond disappointing. Not only did they fail to handle my belongings with care, but their refusal to make things right shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against hiring this company. Their disregard for customer property and failure to take accountability for their actions is beyond frustrating. I will not be recommending them to anyone, and I will be pursuing legal action to ensure I am fairly compensated for the damage.

I am very distressed. I am not able to contact them. They are not contacting us to let us know if something is not okay.

The men were very skilled in moving my old baby-grand piano. The piano is extremely heavy, yet they were able to remove the 3 legs and pedal unit and maneuver the heavy keyboard section successfully down 6 steps to the truck. They wrapped all parts of the piano carefully. Other pieces of furniture were wrapped with care as well. They reassembled the piano at the destination quickly and efficiently. I was very stressed about the move since the piano means so much to me, however the piano was in good hands and I could tell that they have moved many pianos! I thought the price was very reasonable and will use Astro again should I need to move in the future.

They were excellent hard workers and were great at communicating. This was a move out of a storage unit so I didn't have them pack anything, just move items. They made it stress-free and easy and friendly!

There was good communication between me and the folks from Astro Movers. I was in a different state trying to arrange a move in CT. They came on time, were very organized and skilled and got the job done very quickly. They were able to accommodate our requests. I would definitely recommend them. We were very pleased.

Three movers arrived on time and worked together for several hours carefully wrapping and carefully moving all furniture. We were very pleased; and if we are ever in need of a moving company again, we would definitely hire Astro Moving.

Got the job done quickly and set up the furniture at the new location. Were at the site on time but were very courteous about our time to organize what we needed moved so they could load the truck properly.

When I spoke to Steve over the phone, I asked him when he could come to give me an estimate. He said he could tell by asking me a few questions over the phone. I told him I had a three bedroom house with a dining room, living room and family room with some large pieces of furniture as well as a basement and two sheds with items. When the truck he sent was not large enough and I spoke with him on the phone, he said I told him I had a five room ranch, and he later mistakenly quoted me as saying a four room ranch. I also told him I had a basement full of items as well as two sheds. He either did not write anything down, or did not listen! So a second truck was sent the next day and, because I could not be there and had an acquaintance present, not all my remaining items were moved! My son had to take a day off from work and rent a Uhaul to finish my move. Steve then tried to charge me twice for the travel time, which would have been only one charge had he sent a large enough truck! INSIST THAT THEY COME TO YOUR HOME TO GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE!!! I have absolutely NO complaints about the actual moving men. They worked non-stop, were friendly and courteous.

They worked hard and covered our furniture with blankets and Tape. They were very thoughtful and careful while moving. Great job!

The move took longer than estimated, most likely because it was 95 degrees and humid that day. It was difficult to move quickly up and down stairs in that heat! Otherwise, the guys were friendly and considerate. I would use them again.
