"As I did the first time I used Bob Lindsay's company, I waited six months to write my review. After withstanding nearly 13" of water from Henri and Ida, I cannot recommend this company enough. We used Bob at my first house and decided to use him again when our final walkthrough of our house revealed a wet carpet in the finished basement. Bob's guys replaced the shallow existing window wells with much deeper, galvanized ones, backfilled them with stone and piped them into a perimeter channel drain that was then flashed and cemented to the basement floor height. The sump pump pit was installed and a battery backup system was provided and wired in. The outside grading around the window wells was also redone to slope any surface water away from the foundation. Due to our Radon mitigation system, a polyurethane caulk was also used to seal the system. We remained absolutely bone-dry these last few weeks despite rain falling at 2-3" per hour in some cases. The work is efficient, his guys are extremely friendly and skilled, and despite the messiness of the job, they do a fabulous job cleaning up. There is a certain peace of mind that having this type of work done provides, and you cannot put a price tag on it, especially if you plan on finishing (or refinishing) a basement. At the end of the job, Bob was even kind enough to have one of his guys tie in a 2" piece of PVC from the floor with a cap (which I then drilled a hole in) so I can run my dehumidifier constantly without ever having to empty the bucket. We have since refinished our basement to our liking and know for certain that this was the best home investment we could have possibly made. A friend of ours has also done her entire basement with Weather-Tite and had an equally wonderful experience. Thanks Bob for saving us not once, but twice."

"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."

"I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. "The reason I first hire them is to look at the boiler to reconnect the pipe so I can get it tested. The plumber came and he told me he does not do that work. They lock you in with the deposit and so you use it or loose it. The work that was done was okay. To reconnect two 1.5" drain pipes for $450.00 is a lot of crap. I would not hire anyone that would ask for a deposit, for it is the games that they play. Use it and they still charge you more for the job."

"Vincent Police, the owner, started and completed the work as per the schedule. He was on site the majority of the time both supervising his crew and performing the work. He kept me informed on a daily basis and was very helpful explaining the scope of work as it took place for removing the slab in my 2 car garage and pouring a new reinforced slab. The finished product has a professional looking appearance and the crew left a totally cleaned site. I'm very satisfied with the work and i recommend AA Outdoor Services for similar projects.d"
