He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. He made the repair and everything appeared to be working, but after he left, I discovered a hum on the line. I called customer service and since the technician was still in the area, he was able to come back within an hour and fixed the hum in 10 minutes. Everything is working great now."
