I recently contacted Gotcha Covered of Fairfield to order and hang blinds in my new condo. Joe N. came out and measured the windows to be covered. He then explained the different types of blinds, their materials, and how they worked. In a couple of weeks the blinds arrived and Joe arranged for the "technician" to come to hang them. The blinds look beautiful. I love them. I have white in the kitchen, and bath. Then I have brown wooden ones in the family room. The blinds completed the look I wanted. Joe is professional and knowledgeable .I highly recommend Gotcha Covered

Joe and his team were amazing to work with. He made the process quick and easy, and was friendly throughout the whole experience. We couldn t have found a better price for the quality of work and customer service we received and we are extremely pleased with the outcome! We had a unique situation with a transom and a single French type door. A custom Blind was made and installed to our liking. The service provided by Joe was efficient. He was courteous and the installer, Anton, was very efficient, though just what we wanted, I rated the value a 4.5 because it was a bit costly.

My experiences with GOTCHA COVERED of SHELTON were very satisfying. Dealing with the staff was very easy, they were punctual and knowledgeable about the products they represent, and were able to recommend the right shades for my sky lights.
