"CAWIAMCA did an outstanding job installing 2 high efficiency ductless mini splits – 1 at each end of my house. The owners Ron and Jeremy worked with me patiently on the system sizing and selection process, rebates from my power company, income tax credits, etc. Everyone on the installation crew was polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable. They came back next day to complete the installation of the second system despite snow and freezing rain!!! This company is well equipped to do the job efficiently. CAWIAMCA's price was much lower than the other 2 contractors I got estimates from (who planned to use concrete blocks to support the outdoor condensers). CAWIAMCA used quality steel bases with tall legs to support the condensers and keep them higher up away from snow, leaves, mice, etc. Nice looking installation. I could not be happier with a company. :-) CAWIAMCA!!!"

"After meeting Ron the owner, he educated me of the benefits of replacing my 25 year old oil furnace and central air unit with a very efficient HEAT PUMP/AC unit. A real no Brainer decision. All electric, energy star rated and no more fuel oil. After a very reasonable quote, with veterans discount, I said I'm in. Two of his Team showed up on a Wednesday around 8am and by Friday around Noon my AC was on. Friendly, professional, attention to detail. Would highly recommend Cawiamca for all Heating and AC projects. Great company."

"Jay and the crew from Everything Under the Roof were incredible! They transformed an old, outdated finished basement into an incredible new living space (family room and bedroom). To say they are simply home improvement 'contractors' does not do justice to everything they did... They are 'craftsmen' with a commitment to taking your ideas and making them a reality with high quality workmanship. From the initial consultation my wife and I were very comfortable with the team, and we only had one prior (poor) home improvement construction experience. They are organized, very clear and detailed about what to expect, choices needed to be made by when, and then open communication along the way. And, when unexpected things popped up they handled them by giving us options, and helped to keep the project on track. Whenever you open your home to strangers it can be a little awkward... but not with these guys. We (and our dogs!) felt very comfortable with them over the few weeks.
