Ray serviced our lawn today and was extremely meticulous with treating our lawn with care and recommended other additions we can add to our annual lawn care package to improve the quality of our lawn even further. Recommend Ray and Experigreen for their services!

I am a new customer. Initial interfaces with sales and with the lawn tech went well. Time will tell more next season.

The technician that I had today was the most proficient man that you have ever sent me. He did exactly what I asked him to do and he followed. The notes exactly came to the front door made contact with me to make sure that my Rottweilers were locked up safely and they were the man did exactly what I asked him to do. He filled in areas that other technicians had avoided or not did at all, as my yard is divided into three different sections by chain length, due to the fact that I rewrote breed Rottweilers.

As I signed up for the lawn care annual plan last week, I specifically asked the representative not to start the first treatment until after the second mowing of our newly installed sod-lawn. As directed by the sod-installation company the lawn treatment should not be done until after 6/26. I got a text message three days ago saying that the company is planning to do the application on the 23rd. Since the second mowing wonâ t be done until the 25th, I called Experigreen immediately, emphasising the instruction from the sod company and told the staff NOT to do the fertiliser treatment until after the 26th. I even sent a tx message on 6/22 to Experigreen to confirm our request on Thursday morning. To our great dismay, I saw a text this morning that the service was done yesterday Friday! It was raining all day yesterday how could the company apply the liquid treatment on the lawn? If they really did, all fertilisers will just be washed away! I am greatly dissatisfied with the companyâ s disregard of my request three times and this is just my first experience with the service from Experigreen! I lost confidence in this company for the lawn care service for the rest of the year. Iâ d like to get a response from the management team asap and expect a redo of the first lawn application with no extra charge.

I've been using Esperigreen Lawncare for a few months now and I have noticed a considerable (HUGE) improvement in the professionalism of their employees over the company I used for the last few years (their initials are TG) and the best part is my lawn has improved noticeably ! I am not sure about the value of the money right now because it is still knew there were kinks in the beginning and hopefully they are going to work those out as far as pricing in the inconsistencies but Sanden was fantastic great personality, great smile very personable very thorough. Great great, satisfied completely with his service. Will request him whenever the service is scheduled.

I wanted a vegetation spray down the sides of my gravel driveway. After they sprayed and the vegetation isn't dying I called and the lady said they can't do that because the spray could run off into the sewers. So why did they agree to the work and took my money. They are coming back so I will see what they say.

So far they've done a food job and I can already see the difference in my lawn.

James did a great job! He knocked before the treatment, explained to my wife what he was going to do, and how long she needed to stay off the lawn. And my lawn looks great! My neighbors are a sea of yellow right now and my lawn is a deep green without a dandelion in sight! Would highly recommend !

I wish to compliment the customer service representative, Marion, who adjusted my lawn application treatment schedule for me. She was exceedingly supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. She's definitely an asset to ExperiGreen.

That there was a follow up done by (Matt) their quality control manager and we were able to come up with some points in seeing a more improved lawn in the future. They even sent out a inspector to do a quality inspection.

Keith Williams is great. Very courteous. Great price. I just had a couple issues with them (I didn't have Keith everytime, so this is about the overall service) coming out when they said they would. I have dogs, so I'd unlock the gate the day they were supposed to be here, and they didn't show. The time before this, they finally showed up over a week later. My dog is big, and he can push the gate open even with a log in front of it, so that was a problem for me. But if the cost remains the same for next season, I'll definitely use them with the prepay option.

Happy with the liquid aeration treatment performed by Keith Williams. Really appreciate his knocking on the door to tell me he was starting and to check if I had pets. Very satisfied with this company and the weed control they've done.

Ziyon Glover treated my lawn with excellence and great care. He is friendly and has outstanding customer service skills. He took the time to discuss my lawn concerns with me, and gave professional advice on how to resolve my problems. He is knowledgeable about different types of weeds and how to get rid of them. He is an asset to your company.

This is my first telephone communication with ExperiGreen. I spoke with Matt Phipps and we discussed end-of-season projects I look forward to a healthier lawn and good communication with this company and Matt.

Trisha completely educated me on what I needed to do as a 1st yr customer. Unfortunately it wasn't until today 9/8/22 that I learned everything. Thanks to Trisha, I'm going to hang in another year. I'll leave an updated review next year. Dominic was excellent also!

Had service today. Technician, Jamar, always lets me know when he arrives. Heâ s very polite and professional. I pointed out few areas of concern and they are being addressed. Customer service is always helpful in answering questions and explaining next steps when I call.

Zyion was very professional and pointed out what weeds he saw that were giving me the blues. He recommended proper treatment so they won't take over my lawn. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
