"Hi Ann When you instant booked us, you saw that we charge a $125 inspection fee right up front as listed on thumbtack and you still booked us so there were no surprises up front and we are upfront with everything. This is to cover our time, expertise, gas ect to come out to your home. As it relates to chimney swifts we can not do anything by law as they are protected birds. Also I d like to clear up that you are stating false info stating I said it would be me. I called you to confirmed the appointment you made, I never once said it would be me. I have two other licensed techs and whoever is in the area was the one who responded. I do not"

As we spoke about today, you did not know how to do N/A for some of Angi questions for the review, so you picked lower numbers. From our initial visit, I advised that animals are unpredictable and it can take some time to catch them depending on the animal, where they are actually living,ect. We also did not promise any time frame nor do we guarantee trapping 100 percent. Please feel free to reach out with any questions."
