Service was horrible and extremely unprofessional. The owner Oscar threatened me with releasing my address to the public, cursed at me, and even tried to move me out of the way in my driveway. Ended up calling the police who gave them a week to come back to fix the damage they caused by driving their trenching machine across the middle of my 50 yard front lawn with heavy frost. Resulting in the killing of the grass and creating tracks that we now have to stare at for the next four months. All I was looking for was a resolution to how damage was going to be fixed and they refused to do anything. The office representative even hung up the phone on me when I called to report damage.

"Hello, Joseph Mysogland, it was a nice approach in the beginning when meeting you. Surprised how the tables turned in the end, you acted very racist, in calling the New Canaan Police on us making it seem like we broke into your property, knowing you agreed with our contract yourself online, scheduling to have our team over, and agreeing to pay in full in order to get an 8% discount if you paid with a check. Holding hostages the team that were going to do the agreed project, just because you felt that we destroyed your lawn when we as lawn professionals know very much that a dormant grass and the small machine with tracks to prevent turf damage is impossible. Worst case scenario if this was the case we have no problem in repairing any damage, as the team told you and also told the New Canaan Police who were very rational. I don't understand why would you threaten us on shutting down our business when we didn't do anything out of what was agreed. Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
They were very thorough in a tree trimming project I hired them for originally. I then tried discussed with them that I was looking for a lawn maintenance service. I would be mowing myself but wanted someone to provide the maintenance, ferilization, soil conditioning and other basic services for the year. Their price was fair and the day I signed the contract, they showed up to take a soil sample and provide the first treatment. They have been nothing but polite on the phone and very responsive with email replies and updates when they complete any portion of the project. I recommend using them.

Very thorough in doing what they said they would do. Oscar was the only contractor I spoke with that understood what I wanted - not a traditional green lawn, but a lawn I could transition to a semi wild scape type of garden.neat with cleanup. Iâ m hoping it comes up as indicated

Tree Removal
I hired to remove fallen tree. Half of that tree remains where it was. They did do a good job removing two other standing trees which they suggested I have done. BUT they did not arrive at time stated. They acknowledged the job wasn't finished but repeatedly failed to show up when they said they would to complete the job. My emails to them took two days to receive a reply every time. I finally told them not to ever come back.

We sent the crew more than once and it looks like on our end we did not guide you on how the Fall clean up was quoted. Trees & Shrubs Treat, Protect and Maintain
The crew would fertilize the wrong trees, and not come when scheduled, and I would have to double-check their work at every application. The owner was also not clear on the scheduling and I had a couple of surprise applications and bills. Would not recommend it.

The first company we’ve hired for yard work who did exactly what we requested. They did everything: weeded, mowed, raked, removed a dead tree, and several barrels of broken masonry. Very impressed.

Took 3 hours, of which they worked 1 hour. Did not clean the deck nor the flower beds. Expensive for low quality.

Lawn Care Lawn Seeding
I called for a follow up due to an extreme amount of weeds from the top soil that they installed prior to Hydroseeding. They responded with a proposal for weed control. After spending thousands of dollars with them, the response should have been to take care of the weeds. I was ready to give them all of my lawn maintenance, now that will never happen. Very disappointed.

"Hello Bill Fusco, The agreement for your home states that any changes to plan we must discuss with home owner. By courtesy we didn't charge you for additional work when the crew installed the Sod. When we graded and spread the top soil mix we added an extra 3 cubic yards at no charge, when preparing for Hydroseeding. Now after a new lawn(Hydroseeding) is installed is totally normal to also see weeds germinating this is why our Lawn Maintenance program comes handy. When the soil is disturb we not only stimulate the new seed but also the weeds to grow. The program includes fertilizer(feeding), unlimited weed control, Grub/chinch bug prevention, and slit seeding on areas that the seed didn't germinate.
