From initial consult to the end of the job, I found M W owner Rob Racki to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. He and his partner finished the job on the earlier end of the time estimated, and left the work area spotless. They took and provided me with photos of the work in progress, which will be valuable when I decide to sell my home. I also appreciate that they were willing to wear masks during our face-to-face conversations. The only reason I rated Value for Money with 3 stars was that theirs was the only estimate I got for the job, so I have no other price to compare with."

It turned into a bigger job and was beyond a simple problem. Needed to have the ceramic floor pulled up. Rooter man called 911 Restoration for that. Rooter man was polite, courteous, helpful, reassuring and was able to fix the other toilet problems to my satisfaction. The price for the work was reasonable and quick. Would hire them again if needed."
