He was able to pump the tank at the first appointment and took the time to determine the best pump to replace the one that was old and no longer working. After pumping he assessed the tank for me to let me know that it is in good condition and informed me of the price estimate for the new pump. When he returned with the new pump, he and a coworker were able to replace it fairly quickly. They only had a bit of an issue with the wiring which was pretty old. Overall a great experience! They seemed honest, straight forward, and willing to take the time to do the job well."
