"Mr. [Member Name Removed], this is the same conversation we have had repeatedly with you. None of our install team told you that it would be ok to remove your backup heat source and it is even listed in our contract and exclusions that you signed off on that you will absolutely need to keep your backup heat source for instances of extreme cold. You were also doing construction on the home and not running the system consistently to even let it work correctly, which we told you about on several occasions. There seems to be some confusion on your end and we seem to just keep rehashing the same conversation. And lastly, we would appreciate not calling our professional sales consultants liars or jerks - it is inaccurate and disrespectful. If you would like to continue to talk about this, please call our office so we can have a thorough discussion so you completely understand the system you have in your home, how it works, and how your expectations match up to the system's capabilities. Thank you."
"[Member Name Removed] - we have never refused to pay any bill. We just received the invoice from Serv Pro this week as they had been sending it to the incorrect address and Accounts Payable is following their standard procedure for processing invoices and submitting payment. It is being taken care of as we always do. Thank you and have a good weekend."
