"Kurt did a great job and was very efficient. He was able to repair all rot, and at a fraction of the cost of several other estimates. He repaired several window frames and replaced some of the baseboards. I was worried about having to replace siding, but only one small piece had to be replaced. Kurt is a great contractor and is very reliable and honest. We are planning to hire him to do more work on the back of our house."

"The first thing George did when he assessed my needs was to explain how I could save significant money. Whereas I thought I needed both a new main door and a new storm door, he explained how I could repair my main door cost-effectively. That tip saved me at least $500 - $750. I purchased the storm door on my own, and he then installed it. The door is in an awkward location on my house, which made for a very difficult removal of the old door and frame and equally challenging installation of the new door. He had to build out the frame a bit, and he also primed and painted the brick mold to account for the difference in the way the new door frame fit.
During the installation process, George discovered that the doorbell would no longer fit in its original location. It was very old, rusted, and cracked. It therefore didn't survive being removed. He went out and purchased a new one and installed it in a new location. It looks great.
When all was said and done, the new door looked as if it had always been there. There were no gaps, marks, or signs of a previous door. Also, George cleaned everything up and took away the old door and all of the packaging for the new one.

"The work done on our deck was wonderful. CRS power washed and sanded every part of the deck both on top and below the deck to prepare for finishing and then they stained the deck with two coats. It was a process due to the weather interrupting the days they could work, but in the end the deck looks amazing and back to it's former glory. They were very clean when sanding and staining. "Jose provided excellent customer service. He got to the job exactly when he said he will. He did a good job replacing my roof and adding a ridge vent. Furthermore, Jose installed two sistering rafters in the attic to support two broken rafters. Although I requested the sistering rafters to be full length, the sistered rafters were a bit short and did not reach the soffits base as I would have expected. Overall Jose did a good job replacing the shingles on my roof and cleaned the effected area well. I would hire Jose again for any of my future roofing projects. In addition I recommended Jose to my family and friends since I was satisfied with his work and good customer service."
