He will even take his shoes off when he comes into the house, so he doesn't track anything in the house. "Dirk, the owner/operator of Jamieson LLC, arrived at the specified time.  He took down the entire wall, stacked it neatly, replaced the eroded base material, and  rebuilt the wall.  He corrected the problem and built the wall better than it was prior to his efforts.  When he was done, the area where he had collected material (both old and new) was left cleaner than it was before he started.  He was determined to finish the job in one day and worked past 8PM to do so.  If there were any questions, he would stop work and wait until a final decision (mine) was made before continuing.  
Based on the work and effort expended, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

"I am still amazed when I walk out on the new deck it beautiful and solid as a rock!  After a 4 year disaster with a previous deck experience, I finally decided to try again and had numerous estimates in the last year.  When Brian came out looked at the existing deck and told me what needed to be done and how he would do it.  I knew he was knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing. 
During the project he ran in to some unforeseen and unusually construction idiocracies with the house during the project he adapted and adjusted without a hitch.  The new deck is wonderful and you could drive a truck on it.  My husband is over 250lbs and it doesn't move when he walks or plops down in a chair. 
Brian was here when he said he would be.  He kept us informed about what was going on, and cleaned up before he left.  The details that went into the deck were beyond what I had expected which is always a delight.  Edges were routed, corners smoothed.  A hand rail was installed on the stairs (which have nice wide treads).  Cement for the footings was mixed onsite rather than the cement being poured in the hole and adding water from a hose.
I was/am thrilled with the whole project and will use B&M for future projects.  Oh, did I tell you I was happy with the deck?"

"Excellent! This remodel could not have gone better. Attention to detail describes Karol and his team. We let Karol's team work at our house when we were not at home. They arrived on time, cleaned up each day. They put up a plastic wall to minimize the dust in the rest of the house. Karol answered all our questions and accomodated some changes during the remodel with no problem. The floor was a big concern for us since the slab was higher than the adjacent wood floor. Karol minimized the step between rooms to less than 1/2 inch. Everything was done to perfection. No cost overruns except the items we added during the project. This project was a pleasure working with Karol and team. Highly recommend KBK Construction. This was a complicated remodel that Karol handled with ease. Very talented and honest business.
