Even we decided to make some changes/ modifications to the contract and he did accommodate us. This company stand tall. During the siding job, my solar company was over charging me to remove some stuff before the siding. Sensible home product guy (Jeremy ) the owner brought in a qualified electrician to come and do the job for 30% less that what the solar company was charging. "Our Home was in need of a complete exterior update. We went online looking for potential contractors and the very 1st person to contact us was Jeremy from Sensible Home Products. Jeremy came to visit my wife and I and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with.
