He gave me a very reasonable cost estimate. Unfortunately, upon removal of the old steps insect damage to the framing structure was discovered. He was not deterred by this change in the scope of the project. My house was built in 1896 and nothing is standard about the construction, complicating the work. He managed to find a way to resolve all the problems and I am very happy with the result. We worked out a very reasonable adjustment to the original estimate to cover the extra materials and labor. I would highly recommend him. I intend to call on him in the future for other work."

"The work done on our deck was wonderful. CRS power washed and sanded every part of the deck both on top and below the deck to prepare for finishing and then they stained the deck with two coats. It was a process due to the weather interrupting the days they could work, but in the end the deck looks amazing and back to it's former glory. They were very clean when sanding and staining.
