He repaired several window frames and replaced some of the baseboards. I was worried about having to replace siding, but only one small piece had to be replaced. He was not deterred by this change in the scope of the project. My house was built in 1896 and nothing is standard about the construction, complicating the work. He managed to find a way to resolve all the problems and I am very happy with the result. We worked out a very reasonable adjustment to the original estimate to cover the extra materials and labor. I would highly recommend him. I intend to call on him in the future for other work."
