"Kurt did an excellent job, saving our windows from needing full replacement. Less experienced carpenters turned down the job as the rot was extensive. Kurt left them looking better than when we purchased the house. He communicated well about the work and always let me know when he'd be arriving. He was also just a really nice person to have around for a long and tedious job -- friendly and pleasant, working hard through a heat wave. I recommend him without hesitation."

"Igle (hope the spelling is correct) was very friendly, respectful and professional. He responded quickly to my request for a quote on replacing my front porch steps. He gave me a very reasonable cost estimate. Unfortunately, upon removal of the old steps insect damage to the framing structure was discovered. He was not deterred by this change in the scope of the project. My house was built in 1896 and nothing is standard about the construction, complicating the work. He managed to find a way to resolve all the problems and I am very happy with the result. We worked out a very reasonable adjustment to the original estimate to cover the extra materials and labor. I would highly recommend him. I intend to call on him in the future for other work."

"US Pro Construction rebuilt our rotted deck and staircase. They also poured a concrete landing for the stairs and added two cement steps. We found their work to be superior. "The work done on our deck was wonderful. CRS power washed and sanded every part of the deck both on top and below the deck to prepare for finishing and then they stained the deck with two coats. It was a process due to the weather interrupting the days they could work, but in the end the deck looks amazing and back to it's former glory. They were very clean when sanding and staining. Overall we are extremely pleased with the work done on our deck by CRS Painting."

"Good experience. Phil was great. Very thorough and was able to schedule us in where it worked best for us. We are very grateful for that. Only thing was that when they came out to do the work, they stuck to the work order to the T even though upon removing some rotten wood, we saw that we may need additional work behind it to properly complete the repair we needed done. I would have appreciated being made aware of that and consulted before just going ahead and putting fresh wood over a hidden problem. I was only notified about this because another handyman at the house sent me a picture of it. Also, there was debris left in the gutter from the roof work and I had to ask them to check and clean it out. Our downspouts go underground and that could have been a big issue down the line if I hadn't caught that as well. For the price, they were good. But maybe don't walk away for the day."
