The technician, kejdi was able to arrive early and diagnose the problem within literally 5 minutes, walked me through what needed repair and fixed within 15 min top. I Had another company come to fix my burner. When they arrived, they only spent 15-20 minutes troubleshooting before telling me I need to replace the brain which they quoted me at $1600 + labor. I decided to get a second opinion and called kejdi HVAC. Kejdi the owner, arrived in a timely manner and spent 45 minutes troubleshooting. At the end, he was able to fix the issue and my burner is now working again. Due to his knowledge, he was able to fix the problem and saved me nearly $2k. Kejdi hvac company was excellent. He came and installed mini splits on my house and did a wonderful job. He educated me about a different company, Gree, which he said was the "Cadillac" of mini splits. I thought about a Mitsubishi, but after we spoke, I researched Gree and he was correct. He came after we agreed on a price and did a phenomenal job. Not only is my house much more comfortable in the winter and summer, but it is also using potentially renewable energy instead of oil.
