  • A-Team Plumbing and Drain LLC
I have been helping my elderly parents who live in Milford. They had numerous plumbing problems that had not been addressed over many years. I called A-Team Plumbing and they amazed me!! They were friendly, quick to respond, and they did an EXCELLENT job. In the second floor bathroom, they discovered the problem was old iron drain pipe clogged by corrosion. They carefully removed the floor and installed PVC replacing the old pipe. Price was very reasonable. They then installed a new toilet in the half-bathroom on the first floor, replaced the galvanized pipes under the kitchen floor, and tied the deep sink in the laundry room into the sewer (previously draining into a dry well). The crew was friendly, polite, and VERY hard workers. They are the only plumbers I would hire. Excellent job A-Team

  • TT & CA Plumbing and Heating
Travis responded incredibly quickly, and was very knowledgeable about replacing indirect water heaters (a bit of a speciality, as "onlywaterheaters" from home depot apparently can't replace them?). After talking on the phone, I was able to send him photos and video of my setup, along with the model of water heater that I was hoping to have installed. From this information he was able to provide a quote, and let me tell you, being able to get a quote over the phone like that is incredibly convenient. Not only that, but he was able to take the deposit as well as the final payment electronically over the phone as well. The work itself was perfect. Him and his partner where able to get everything in and out without making any sort of mess, and the actual replacement is working way better than my old unit (both hotter water and better pressure). I can't say enough nice things about him, other than if you're in a situation that requires someone to do any sort of plumbing or heating work, he should be the first on the list

  • TNT Sewer And Drain cleaning LLC
Extremely well! We had a long standing problem and have had many different drain cleaners come out to try to fix it. Ted from TNT discovered the issue and our 1 year old problem is resolved. I wish I called TNT first.

  • Tony Marzano Plumbing & Heating LLC
Perfectly. Marzano Plumbing & Heating are consummate professionals. The office staff were courteous and efficient. They listened to a detailed description of our issue, and promised to call back quickly with some available times to schedule the work. We received a very prompt call-back exactly as promised, a bit later the very same day. Even though our job was not an emergency, it was scheduled on the very next morning after I returned the scheduling call. The plumber arrived promptly, and was clearly very knowledgeable about all aspects of the trade. He took the time to thoroughly answer all our questions not only about the current job, but also about some additional jobs we'd like to have done in the future. Great care was taken to protect our floors and other bathroom fixtures fixtures against damage as our toilet was removed, the closet seal inspected, found to be faulty and replaced. Steps were taken to ensure that deficiencies in the original installation by a previous homeowner that caused the old seal to fail would not recur, and then the toilet fixture was carefully reinstalled, using all new parts where appropriate. The job was completed as quickly as practicable, but without compromising quality, care or leaving debris behind for us to clean up. In short, Marzano Plumbing offer a level of quality in their work that is seldom matched today, at a fair, reasonable and competitive price. We intend to use them for all our future plumbing projects, and are happy to recommend them to anyone else who values a professional job well done. It has been a pleasure doing business with them, and we're certain that you'll feel the same

I called Josh and he showed up same day and got the job done at the time I needed it fixed. Month later my radiator exploded on me and I called him and he came to the rescue once again!! I couldn’t be more thankful as a landlord to have someone who’s reliable and professional. As I update my units he does the small jobs and the really big jobs. Thankful I found him. Real Nice guy

I am extremely impressed with New Generation Plumbing. Josswen's friendliness, professionalism, and work ethic were amazing and made me feel so glad I reached out to them for the job. He displayed superior knowledge, confidence, and great customer service. I felt I got the best bang for my buck without sacrificing on quality. I strongly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again for any other projects or work needing to be done in the future. Thanks Josswen

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
