Him and his crew worked to make small repairs to the plaster ceiling and walls before painting. I admired how he prepped the first day by taping the floors to minimize paint on the floors. When John came over to give us the estimate, he also measured the wall and told us how many boxes of 3"x6" subway tile and how many 12" pencil tiles for the edging that we would need to order to complete this project.
