"I had a large branch crack about 7 to 8 ft long. I tried other tree services I had use before BUT they were all to busy to come for just one giant tree branch. I used Home Adviser and Lamb"s tree & plant health Care. Glean called that same day, and came over the next day to look at the job. Gave me a price and came with in 5 days to cut the tree. I will recommend Glen and his crew. They are the BEST. I will use them again. Great Service, Great Price, Great Job."

"Very Well. The tree was precariously balanced on the shed. Difficult to remove without destroying the shed. Cut the tree up with the precision of a surgeon. No additional damage to the shed. I would use them again. Highly recommended! Great work at a great price."

"I hired Save A Tree to trim my big 175-200 year old oak tree. I told them there were ants in the tree and I was concerned about future damage. They told me they can do ant treatment also a seaweed treatment to help prevent shock. I had several other companies look at my tree. They were the only ones that even mentioned having services like this! Or discussed shock prevention for my tree."

"Very neat and clean work. Ryan and his crew did a wonderful job clearing out the rock garden and putting down stone. They also cleared the small trees and understory in the back yard. He was prompt and polite"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Surface-level tree roots might only pose a small threat, such as being a tripping hazard or obstacle when you mow your lawn. But if mature tree roots start growing in the direction of your home’s foundation or plumbing system, it could be a real problem. Cutting small tree roots out before they grow too large can keep your home safe without removing the whole tree.

For trimming trees, your best tool is a pair of pruning shears or loppers. Both options work best for branches that are under 3 inches in diameter. Trimming trees with a larger diameter may require a robust tool like a small chainsaw or a handsaw, so take into account your tree’s diameter when deciding between tools.

Transplanting a palm tree is a similar process except for a couple of important differences. First, their root ball doesn’t need to be as large as a “true” tree, which makes them a bit easier to dig up and move around. Second, they struggle more with taking root and staying upright in a new location, so it’s important to give them extra support when staking.

In most cases, your neighbor is responsible for roots from their tree that cause damage to your property. If your pavement, the foundation of your home, or a fence is damaged by roots from a neighbor’s tree, you likely will have legal recourse for financial relief. While it’s better to notify your neighbor of any problems you notice as soon as they arise to avoid costly damage, there are some instances where filing a civil suit is your only recourse. Your homeowner’s insurance company might wish to do so on your behalf if you file a claim.

Full decorating services often provide rental trees for their Christmas packages, so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding one. However, individual interior decorators and others may not offer rented trees, so always check the specifics of their services before booking. Keep in mind that you’ll need to prepare the Christmas tree for pick-up shortly after the holidays.
