My situation was frustrating… and instead of pushing me into costly repairs and warning me of the terrible things that could happen to my dog if I didn’t, Elpidio was compassionate. We sat on the lawn together, petting the dog, as he shared with me the wise things he knew about dogs in general. I had been almost overwhelmed and Elpidio was kind and knowledgeable. This might sound ridiculous, but the end result was no fence! Of course freedom fence would be there with excellent service and a payment plan if need be… But my particular situation was not as dire as I originally thought. Honesty, integrity, and the kindness Elpidio showed speaks volumes about this company! My original fence lasted for 20 years, and if it looks like my new dog needs a little help… I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Thank you Hal and Elpidio!"

"We hired Jacob and his team at Pro Painters of Watertown, CT., to power wash, stain our deck and to replace rotted deck boards and split rails as a part of the scope of service agreement. I provided Pro Painters an initial deposit. Jacob and his team in our opinion only completed a portion of the work given that we would not provide additional funding beyond the agreement. Jacob asked for significant more funding beyond what was outlined in the services agreement even though he estimated the job scope prior to starting. The work Jacob and his team completed lacks the quality and workmanship that one would expect from an Angi Award Wining Contractor. In our opinion, we were left with significant amount of clean-up of our swimming pool in which the previous deck stain peelings clouded the pool water with debris and the pool cover, and debris in our fencing. In addition, removed deck boards were left on the job site and not removed from our property. We are very disappointed with Jacob and Pro Painters of Watertown, and Angi. Please see the attached pictures/video."

"Stairs are okay but they charged me in full before project start because they couldn't invoice me for just the deposit. Then Pushed me to carpet them instead of drywalling the closet portion cuz they saved and reused the wood panels that weren't supposed to line up because I wanted the stairs completely rebuilt not just wider boards slapped on top. I had no choice of carpet some subcontractor showed up and installed medium pile light gray carpet and the owner or supervisor for Navarro only was there to start even tho her guys could not speak English to communicate with me she was supposed to return to check the work and she never did, when I called it sounded like she was at social hour with friends and didn't care cuz she already got her money. Haven't seen her or heard from her since and I've fallen down the stairs 3 times due to the carpet they had installed witch can't be removed without the staris looking like a horrible mismatch of old and new wood which defeats the whole point."
