Tom at Integrity Roofing is very comfortable to work with. His crew was careful with our landscaping and did a fabulous job. We are most satisfied with time and completion of the job. I might add the cost of the project was exactly what was proposed.

Tom at Integrity Roofing responded promptly to my roofing issue and inpected my garage and house. I was unsure what to do in my situation and Tom took me through the process of insurance and what to expect. Really seemless process as Integrity roofing is very knowledgeable. Roof was replaced quickly and I wasn't overwhelmed with paperwork. Clean up job was great. No nails left in the yard!

Integrity was excellent! Tom worked with our insurance company to get us the best coverage for installing a new roof plus installing underlayment to bring it to code, new gutters, and screens. A few months after Integrity Roofing shingled our roof water started leaking through the drywall in the ceiling of our garage. Tim said the water leak was because the windows were leaking. He says he caulked around the windows. Water continued to leak through the drywall in the garage ceiling. I reach out to Tim several times over about 12 months. Finally, he called back a year later. Again, we discussed the water leak and again Tim said it was the windows. The windows were caulked again by his contractors. Water was still leaking through the ceiling after caulking the windows for the second time. We got a second opinion from another roofing company. It was discovered that Integrity Roofing installed the wrong flashing. The water was not directed away from that area of the roof. Also, the shingles were cut short, and they were curling/buckling which is called fish mouthing. The uneven pattern of the shingles developed moisture. We had to remove all the caulking around the windows because the drain for the water was caulk shut. The cost for the windows was $700. The cost for repairing the roof and ceiling in the garage was $850.

It’s great to find a service company that starts with low cost options before pursuing extensive unnecessary expenses.
