"Our refrigerator stopped cooling properly and Jordan responded first when I posted a repair request and made an appointment for first thing the next morning. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. He obviously knew what he was doing and very quickly diagnosed the problem was a bad evaporator fan. Unfortunately, the parts warehouse was closed for the holiday. He really knew the urgency of not having a working refrigerator and had a fan overnighted so he could come back and finish the install on the next day (Sunday no less). I couldn’t be happier with Jordan and the entire experience. I highly recommend anyone who needs an appliance repair to hire him. I certainly will in the future."

When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and while he was working, he didn't just service the machine and replace the parts, but he showed me what the problems were as we went, pointing out a few minor things that I could do on my own in the future to help with the dryer's longevity. This was a fix I had done previously on my refrigerator for about $45 by myself. The job they did for this insane fee was performed because the technician couldn't speak English so he could not explain to me what the problem was, so I went with them on a bit of faith that it was an issue I could not handle. After the job and all this crazy thievery, was when I realized it was something I could have done on my own for HUNDREDS of less dollars. I waited to write this review until the manager called me back, which he did FIVE days after I asked to speak to them and then had to ask again. Please note that they will respond to this negative review below. Whatever they say will be a bold faced lie. Do not use this company, they are liars and cheats."
