DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS They up-charged the parts for my refrigerator by OVER $200 and then proceeded to charge $240 dollars in "labor" for 20 minutes of work. This was a fix I had done previously on my refrigerator for about $45 by myself. The job they did for this insane fee was performed because the technician couldn't speak English so he could not explain to me what the problem was, so I went with them on a bit of faith that it was an issue I could not handle. After the job and all this crazy thievery, was when I realized it was something I could have done on my own for HUNDREDS of less dollars. I waited to write this review until the manager called me back, which he did FIVE days after I asked to speak to them and then had to ask again. Please note that they will respond to this negative review below. Whatever they say will be a bold faced lie. Do not use this company, they are liars and cheats.

Victor was wonderful. He New pretty quickly what was wrong with our ice machine. He was efficient, friendly & patient with all my questions!! I will call them again when I have a problem with my appliance!

Serge is very knowledgable. It is apparent he knows his work, he spent over 2 hours analyzing my refrigerator and washing machine until he was satisfied with the issue. There was a communication barrier as his English is not his native tongue, and I do not speak his first language. However, we were able to use a translation app to aid with any difficulty. I highly recommend him.

Great experience working with this family owned business. My fridge stopped working and would not stay cold. Not only did Viktor fix the issue but he even replaced a cracked water dispenser line without charge. Their pricing is very reasonable and everyone was really nice and professional. They returned calls and kept me up to date with appointment reminders and arrival times. I will definitely use them again for any future appliance repair needs.

We needed a callback for some repair work and they came out and handled it professionally and quickly.

It was in the morning of the 4th of July weekend. We were doing a load of laundry and our washing machine decided to break. It over filled and flooded our laundry area. We found Wilson & Meyers on Next Door. They were able to come over the next day (Saturday the 5th). No extra charge! Due to the fact that our washer was an older model, the part(s) had to be ordered the following week. Unfortunately, the parts didn't quite fix the issue. Once that was realized the management at Wilson & Meyers decided all, except the initial service charge, would be credited back to us. For that, I greatly appreciate, I feel the timely attention as well as the expertise of Paul, the service tech, was stellar. I would highly recommend Wilson & Meyers for any appliance repairs.
