Alex Brown upcharged us $500 for a part that is online for less than $150. When that part then did not work, he stopped returning our calls and ghosted us. We were polite and professional with him, and he just took our money and scammed us. Beware of working with him!

Had all the things to fix our wall inlet plates that were cut off by our remodelers. He also installed extensions so that the inlets could reach the vacuum pipe behind the new wainscoting. He knew exactly how to fix the problem & had the job complete quickly & efficiently.. I had 2 other companies out prior who charged me & did not fix the problem. I am thrilled to be able to use my central vacuum again.
