Went great but took a long time. Turned out to be a water heater problem. Top fittings. They treated me right. Have used them for years.

I use Bill Smith Plumbing all the time. Never been disappointed. I showed Mike where leak was behind tub faucet. Our house is on a slab so things can be tricky. We already had drywall cut out in closet wall behind tub. I had located leak. He double checked. Looked in there while I turned shower on. He got sprayed. :) Knew exactly what was leaking. Plastic piece on end of copper pipe was cracked. House is 20 years old. Replaced that. Caulked everything up nice. 45 minutes and done.

Did as quick quality job.

Very well. The cost is fair; not cheap! I wanted a professional job, not a handyman special. I got a fully professional job and professional treatment and was happy to pay for it. Dan spent several hours on two trips and carefully noted and charged by the hour.

Hard job but went fine. Tight as a drum now and no leaking. I've used Bill Smith PLumbing before and always call them back. Expensive like any other good plumber. You get what you pay for. Did get senior discount.

Our service was excellent, professional, and very responsive in our time of need. Luther came out late on a Friday afternoon in less than an hour after I made the call. He was courteous and explained everything that he found as the problem and that he determined and implemented as the best solution. He even provided me with the faulty valve and written documentation explaining what was wrong and previously installed incorrectly, which I then was able to use to obtain compensation from the company that originally had installed the valve.

A thorough and professional job.

It was a little more complex than first anticipated as plumber had to go through basement ceiling to reach the faucet for replacement. However, he worked diligently and did a great job - we're very happy with the work and will hire this firm again.

Showed up on time, solved problem and were gone within 30 minutes. Easy, breezy.

We were happy with them. The price seemed fairly reasonable. The quality was good. They came out right away. They were on time. Very professional. They were efficient and reasonable. They cleaned up very good. They did a special look around and they washed some things down. It only took about an hour. They were exceptional with their promptness and their skills. They knew what they were doing. We have a really old bathroom because this is an old house. They had to find a special part and they looked through their truck until they found it, and I thought it was exceptional. I had an issue on the sink and when they tried to address the issue part of the pipe broke, but that is because it was so corroded so I can't really blame them for that. I really don't have any criticism.

I have a faucet that has a rotating temperature selection within the faucet. It was necessary to remove all the inside parts (broken) and replace with a new cylinder/cartridge. The master plumber was very good at replacing all the parts and explaining what he was doing throughout the process and also gave me tips on how to keep my two showers running smoothly in the future. He also brought along a "plumber in training" who was also very courteous and explained more features of my water system. I was very happy and excited to find such a gem of a company and with such outstanding plumbers! I do not think the cost was prohibitive since I think that a living wage for the company and for its' employees is good business.

They were very professional, helpful, and punctual. They even helped me hire an electrician to finish the job.

I do not remember the name of the gentlemaen that came out, but they were very professional. The $180.00 bill included the removal/installation of new downspout and consulation on some other plumbing questions that I had.

Very well. The drain cleaning crew was unable to clear the bathroom sink. Another plumber was called to reconfigure the drain line under the sink to allow the snake to clear the obstruction. He did this in a timely and efficient manner with minimal disturbance, although he had to cut into the wall beneath the sink to access the blocked line. Overall I was very satisfied with the work performed.
