Scott is a complete professional who communicates well and provides great service in a timely manner. I called Scott as the plumber I have used in the past was booking a month out for non emergencies! I am so glad I reached out to Scott as he was at my house to do the work within a couple of days and he also was not afraid to give me a ballpark estimate as to the price of the work to be performed. Scott showed up on time, and not only replaced our toilet but found the reason the old toilet was leaking and fixed that minor issue without changing his original quote. He also replaced the water supply valves in multiple bathrooms as they were so corroded that you could barely turn off the water. I also had Scott replace our main water shut off to the house which was getting old and worrysome. I will hire Scott for all future plumbing needs.

Scott did a great job installing a new water shut off valve for our sprinkler system. He also did work on the drain in one of our bathrooms. His work is great and he does it right the first time. There was a little confusion about the appointment days and I did have to text him a reminder.

We have used Scott Long’s services twice this past year. He is personable, knowledgeable and honest. He works quickly and neatly, and his charges are very reasonable. We will use him exclusively for all our future plumbing needs.

He suggested access panels to avoid future cutting into ceiling of basement. This also saved me from having to repair dry wall and looks fine. Good communication and was able to fit me in earlier than originally planned.

I've used Scott a couple times before and he always does good work. He comes out right when you call and his prices are extremely reasonable. He's always professional too. I found him on Angie's List and plan on using him for any future plumbing needs.

Better than expected. We call Scott whenever we have a plumbing. He literally rescued us from a water Heater issue and didn't try to take advantage of the situation but was honest and very reasonable with price. We did not have to replace the whole water heater thanks to him. He is no frills, get the job done and at a reason price while earning your trust with his honesty. Scott was empathetic about the urgency and accommodated us during a very stressful event. Thank you Scott! I forgot to write up something as it was a few years ago, but left a message because we need your help again.

Everything went well! We called him late in the afternoon on Saturday, and he was in first thing on Sunday morning. Got everything done, (including a trip to the store), in less than two hours.

Scott answered his phone and was able to come over immediately to take care of the issues. He was very friendly and knew what he had to do. Lastly he was very reasonable with his prices!!!

Scott was quick to respond to the initial inquiry, ordered exactly what we wanted before even coming in, removed the old toilet, fixed an issue we didn't even know we had, and installed the new toilet. Everything was done on time and on budget. We definitely will call Scott again if/when we need anymore work done.

Scott showed up at my house 10 minutes before he was supposed to be there and then called me to ensure that it was ok that he was there early and this all was on a saturday in which he did not charge me overtime.  He worked quickly, was polite and professional.

I know him because he lives in my neighborhood. He's a good guy. He tries his best to do a good job. He is the first one I can think of. I could probably take my chances on finding somebody to do some things cheaper but I have to worry about the quality of the work.

Scott quoted his price for the job I needed done (new garbage disposal/install) over the phone. He arrived about an hour later, quickly and skillfully installed a new disposal at his quoted price. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Use Scott for all non emergency needs....you won't be disappointed.

Everything went terrific with the replacement of the leaking shutoff valve. The repairs were quick and the problem was resolved in short order. Very happy with the service provided from Scott Plumbing.

Scott had another job that day, and he called me back, and came to my house that day. He really did a great job. We really needed the help and he was able to take care of it right away. 

They installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, and the plumbing. He also repaired a leak in our plumbing and installed a new faucet upstairs in a bathroom.?

First, I want to thank Scott for being the honest plumber he is that will only do the work you need done at a fair price.  This is the second time I used him and both times he saved us from spending an awful lot more money than we had to spend.  OK, with that out of the way, here are the details of our misadventure with the shower handle:  Our shower handle broke and was not fixable.  I went online to buy a replacement for our Moen valve, and thought I got the correct one -- it looked identical from the outside -- but the inner part that connected with the valve stem was very different, so I could not attach it to the valve stem.  I went to a plumbing supply store to see if they could help.  I got bad advice there (I later found out) -- they told me that they don't have any other handle for my faucet, and I would have to replace the entire valve--stem and body-- (which requires cutting and soldering pipes behind the wall, probably dry wall work, etc.  I purchased the replacement valve that went with the replacement handle I already bought (none of these parts were cheap, by the way).  I call Scott to have him replace the valve.  He comes in and in 5 minutes he shows me how to remove the adapter that was screwed in to the existing valve body so that the new valve handle could fit on the body.  He charged me $80 for the visit and was out the door in 15 minutes.  I would never have been the wiser if he chose to do the work I actually asked him to do.

This guy does a great job, showed up same day, literally an hour after I called. Was helpful and explained the issues and what needed to be fixed, and got the work done within an hour. I'm not going to bother trying to fix plumbing stuff DIY ever again, I'll call Scott.
