His name was Juan, a very friendly guy who surpassed my expectations. The awning he constructed was exactly what I wanted and it added beauty to the back of our home. Juan answered all of my questions and made suggestions during the construction phase of the project. He was just wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a professional job done. The office manager Rachelle, kept me informed during the entire project. I received a weekly email detailing the work that would be accomplished each week. Juan was here on time and did the work exactly the way as stated in the emails. "We had a couple of contractors look at the door and they said it would require tearing out the dry wall to expose the guides and rollers. Ron said he thought he could repair it withot a major effort. When we first called him he aswered the phone from a job site and had us call back to leave contact info. He came out to look at the job two days after we contacted him and scheduled to come out early the next week. His estimate was for $260. He said he always wanted to estimate high and only charge what was required. He showed up a few minutes early and repaired the door without a problem. His actual charge was $75.
