When Pat initially came out to look at the job, and talk to me about it, I noticed that he was aware of some tricky aspects, and gave some thought about how to make it look best. Like shaving off some sections to try and match the slights dips and variations of the drywall on our ceiling. There was some delay for scheduling, because of our issues, and demands he had, but it was worth waiting. I also think that because he had to hire a friend to help him, this wasn't as easy as some jobs. Working up on scaffolds, holding up the large pieces, and marking and trimming. It was a three day job. He was even kind enough to leave one of the scaffolds here so I could do the varnishing and caulking at 12 feet high. He is friendly, meticulous- always swept up everything each day - and the house looks transformed. Seemed to be pretty responsive with emails too. I'd totally recommend him for finish carpentry / cabinet installs.

Pat does beautiful work and he is very skilled and professional.  He makes certain that he is doing what you want and doesn't make promises he can't keep, in terms of time.  Pat took our ideas and made them much better with his artistry and experience.

Patrick set up his mobile woodshop outside in front of our home and then immediately gave us an estimate of how long it would take to finish installing the cabinets.  He ended up being about an hour over his estimate, but this was mainly because I pointed out some "extra" things that I mentioned to the manufacturer, but weren't on the build plans so until I told Patrick later along in the day he no way of knowing I wanted such things done.  I needed some "passthrough" holes drilled inside the cabinets to allow for AV/electrical routing and I also wanted a flat trim piece mounted above the cabinets in order for my bookshelf speakers to rest on(so the top of the cabinet was flat instead of a recessed area due to the crown molding which would have muffled the sound from the speakers).  He was receptive to everything I asked him to do and it was clear he truely wanted the work all done right as opposed to just getting the job done ASAP.  He also charged me 20% less than the original quoted installation price.  He washed the sawdust off the front porch area where he had his mobile workshop setup, which was appreciated.  Patrick is clearly a highly skilled carpenter, and I would highly recommend him for any type of cabinet installation work.

Pat arrived in mid afternoon, came in and look at the area where the doors were to be installed.  He returned to his trailer, obtained the necessary tools to remove the existing trim and install the new french doors.  Pat was very careful and considerate not to damage any of the surrounding walls or floors.  Our house is not square, plumb or straight yet Pat was able to provide us with a truly professional finish.  The doors are level, square and function really well.  He finished the project in a couple of hours.  On his way out, he notice that our back door was dragging on the threshold, so he fixed that for us as well at no additional charge.Pat is a true professional and very considerate of the homeowner.

He was a very nice contractor, always cleaned up after himself and he cleaned up after the other contractors too!  We were so happy with the quality of his work, my grandfather built this house and is VERY picky about woodworking--Patrick's work was excellent.  No complaints here.  He was courteous and kind and charged a fair price for all the work he did.  He always showed up when he said he would, and called if he wasn't going to be able to make it.  He was nice enough to schedule us in between some of his other bigger jobs because he knew we wanted to get our project finished.  He worked with our schedule, and we are just so impressed with his professionalism, pride in workmanship, and caring personality.  You will not be disappointed with this carpenter!
