"Mini Refrigerator for recycling - It cost $80 for Otillo Munoz to come and get my item and haul it away. He called within 24 hrs. after I submitted the request online. He was very respectful and polite. However, his business card says nothing about being part of 'Home Advisor'. I asked him, "how do I know you will not drive down the street with my mini refrigerator and just leave it along side of the road after I pay you". Answer - "that would be illegal and I could be fined". Still, I can not be guaranteed he properly disposed of my item. What assurance do you have he followed the laws? I tried to take the item to a metal recycler and they would not accept it. I do not understand why this process could not be easier and less expensive. $80 seems like a lot of money considering the new refrigerator cost only $140. Thank you. Please respond."
