Small jobs welcome

Sawyers junk Removal is committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. \nWe are a locally owned and operated business based out of Firestone, Colorado. With every job we do there's stuff that just simply shouldn't end up in the landfill, we make it our responsibility to donate or recycle as much as we can to ensure that as little ends up in the landfill as possible. Another perk to choosing Sawyer's Junk Removal is that our truck can haul up to 16 cubic yards which is larger than all other competition, yet we break our price points down the same. Meaning we can fit more junk for less!\n\nOffering same day or next day pickup, we can guarantee we'll get the job done as quickly as possible.

"Kirk and Shelley were very personable, professional and transparent regarding their services and prices. I had reached out to a number of different people / companies prior to choosing to work with A - Z. With most, I felt like just another job/number. Kirk and Shelley did a great job; I will be hiring them this summer when I clean out the garage. I will also be giving out their business cards and telling my friends about them. Thanks, Kirk and Shelley!"

"I have a 3 horse, bumper pull trailer that was over 20 years old. The tongue metal was compromised, the spare tire mount had fallen off due to rust and compromised metal, and a metal panel on the interior gate had fallen off. I asked them to fix those problems and then inspect the trailer for any other problems. They fixed the issues, and created solutions that were cost effective and much more robust than the original design. They took care of some additional issues that I did not see, and I am confident that the trailer is much more safe for both my family towing it and the livestock inside it."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Who is responsible for construction debris removal depends on the language in the construction contract. Usually, the contractor is responsible for removal rather than the homeowner. However, removal and disposal tend to come with additional fees that should be listed as line items in the initial estimate. This way, the homeowner can negotiate and decide whether or not to DIY.

The only packing material that isn’t often recyclable is rubber, but rubber bands aren’t common for packing and moving. Some materials used for moving, like cardboard, paper, and hard plastic, are easy to recycle and can often just go out for regular pickup with your other recyclables, like cans and bottles. Plastic films and packing peanuts can be a bit more difficult to recycle and usually need to go to a dedicated recycling facility that can handle those specific materials.

Typically, you cannot recycle plastic bags, and most curbside recycling pickups exclude plastic bags. However, you can often find locations around town, such as with major grocery store chains, offering recycling bins specifically for plastic bags. You can also use your own reusable cloth bag and skip plastic bags altogether. When possible.

Costs depend on concrete thickness, removal method, labor, and disposal fees.

Preparation involves site assessment, clearing debris, grading surfaces, and compacting soil to support stable construction.
