We needed to have several trees trimmed as well as a Bottlebrush tree removed (damaged). Walked area with Sales then received a quote. Adjusted quote a bit (option items) and was good to go. Due to an opening, the team was able to come out a couple days later. I walked the area with the Crew Lead and they went to work. It was impressive that the 5 person crew each had a role and they all worked very diligently to do the work. I was also impressed that the person working the "branch grinding machine" waited for me to walk by before he began (he told me it would be loud). The team finished up fairly quickly and everything looks great.

Great! Performed structural pruning of Live Oak tree including clean out of significant dead wood; removed select branches to reduce some of the weight off the main branches including the lower branches over the roof; removed branch that is growing directly into the canopy of the Shumard Oak tree; and elevated the canopy over the Shumard Oak tree a bit. Crew cleaned up our property after work was completed.

Sebastian and the crew were amazing from start to finish. They answered all of our questions and concerns. They were able to come out quickly to trim 3 large branches from our oak tree. After a fallen tree from the wooded area behind our property landed in our yard and took yet another bite out of our beleaguered chain-link fence, I decided to bring in TreeWorkNow for some long overdue surgery. I had been impressed by their informative and well designed website (filled as it was with all manner of accolades and A-plusses) and my meeting with their knowledgeable estimator Brian Cline did not disappoint. Brian quickly identified the different tree varieties, what work needed doing and what could wait, and I had a detailed estimate in my email the next day. Mid-morning on the designated day (ours was their second job of the day) a small TWN army was assembled in my yard, and set about their assigned tasks with skill and teamwork. Altogether, they got rid of the fallen tree and of multiple fallen branches and dead wood beyond the fence line; trimmed encroaching trees back to the fence line; cut down a dead Wild Cherry tree, shaped up a raggedy cabbage palm; cleared dead wood from and raised the canopy of a Laurel Oak close to the house; and most important, were able to raise the canopy and take some of the weight off of a favorite old Wild Oak without it ending up looking like a bad haircut. The whole thing only took a few hours, including cleanup, and our yard looks 1000% better. Money well spent.

It went great. I had used Tree Work Now to trim a tree over my roof at my old home in Maitland, so I knew the did great work in a short turnaround time. Johnny came by to assess the job and helped me understand that the tree was healthy and removal was not necessary. He showed me where they could clean it up to protect both the home and the tree. They came out less than 48 hours after I gave the ok and completed the work (and cleanup) in less than an hour.

From the first contact with Chris, the same day estimate from Johnny to the excellent crew this company is amazing. The work was performed exactly as I requested. Shallow water lines were protected, tree removed and clean up was impeccable. I cannot say enough about treeworknow, they truly have the “Wow” factor! WOW, WOW, what a terrific job!! The crew that came on time and went to work right away. I had told Brian and the office the employees were like fine tuned army ants all working together and so fast. It was an incredible experience to watch the arborist at work, he dropped some of the largest portions of the tree next to my fence and neighbors shed and see it drop right to the ground with no damages. How experienced is that for a direct placement for weight overall of at least 100 lbs. Watching them carry branches and portions of the trunks to the shredder was so cool. Clean up, was great and the only thing we saw after they left was beautiful work left behind and now my backyard and pool are already looking much better. Didn't get to take many before, during process, I was having so much excitement watching the crew. Thank you Brian and the entire TreeWork Now team. I will be calling again and again. And for any one looking for Professional tree trimming you have to CALL THEM, no botch job from this establishment.

Not only did they rake up the droppings on the lawn, but they swept the walk, which was covered. I feel storm ready and will have them back in the fall to do my crepe myrtles.

The work went great. Dani the estimator/arborist came out in a couple of days and discussed the work with me, and gave me a verbal estimate on the spot. I got an email with the description of work and price within a day. The work was done pretty quickly, and the crew did a good job. All the cuttings were removed from the property. They asked me a couple of times to confirm how certain trees were to be cut. After the job, we looked at all the trees and they did a little additional trimming to get everything to my satisfaction. The only part that wasn't perfect was that about 4 days went by after I approved the proposal and I didn't hear from them. But after I sent a query, they responded quickly and actually scheduled the job the next day.

This was very hard for me, a tree-loving eco person. Watching the limbs come off of the 100 year old majestic Oak even brought tears. But I have to commend the team from Tree Work Now. Roy, Hugo and Sebastian were very patient with me, answered all my questions and took great care with my yard and home. They took out 3 trees and trimmed 2. They left the entire yard cleaner than when they started! Very kind group! I can highly recommend!
