"Luis was hired to move my piano. What a fiasco. First, it was rescheduled the day before. Next, it wasn't Luis who came to move my piano. It was two guys that he hired on Craigslist. They said he has hired them for other jobs before. They did not have an enclosed truck but had borrowed grandpa's truck. No ramp, no tarp (it was raining). They went to the store to get a tarp. Gone more than an hour. Came back and couldn't figure how to get piano down the steps and then into the back of the truck. My 70 year old sister was out in the rain helping them and instructing them on how to maneuver down the steps and lift it up. THEY HAD NEVER MOVED A PIANO DOWN STEPS BEFORE, although the job description clearly mentioned steps. It was a 3-hour process. Then, it took them another 3 hours to get to the destination. The good news is, the piano made it there. But I would never recommend hiring this person. Not a professional. I did send him a message with my concerns and he did not respond. "

Family ran business for over 25 years and now has proudly passed down to me. Working as a moving since I was a young man has definitely given me my knowledge and experience. Having so many years in this field certainly gives the customer a great advantage. It cuts down on time loading and unloading as there is a technique when loading. I also have just as many years in moving pool tables, hot tub's and safes. Same day scheduling is available as well as night time.
"Do not Trust this business ran by low lifes. Name of Company : Ridiculous Movers Took my security deposit to move a sewing machine, and told me they will be there yesterday at 12. I had multiple people waiting to make this move. Never showed up. Never picked up the phone. Towards the evening after calling them constantly, the owner picked up the phone. Said he will be there the next day at 8am. Same thing again. Never showed up, and have not heard from him since. A$$HOLE took my money and with zero regard to the time he wasted. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else. It looks like they run multiple scams like this on craiglist so be careful if you decide to use a company without any credibility."
