I am so glad that I got to hire a top-notch local and family business to help me resolve my plumbing problems. When I moved into my new home, my washing machine and kitchen sink were draining slowly, so I called Dependable Sewer and Drain. Adam and his son did excellent work and taught me about what they were doing at each stage of the process. Other companies wanted to replace all of the cast pipes in my 1958 home: the men of Dependable Sewer and Drain knew how to reconfigure these older pipes so that they could snake the drains without replacing them. They saved me at least 60% over other commercial plumbing and sewer companies. I feel confident in their work, and I loved learning from both of these men! I won't hesistate to call Adam and his son first when I have drainage problems in the future!

He did very professional work and took the time to explain every step. He stayed until way into the evening to finish the job, to be sure that I had a working system. I'm very grateful for his expertise and thoroughness.

Had three new sinks and Adam had to run all new drain pipes as the ones that built the home had done a terrible job. One drain had pieces glued together just to make it work. There were eleven pieces. Adam cleaned it all up using only two pieces. The Kitchen sink is now a undermount and the drain holes in the sink didn't match where the old sink was so Adam had to reroute all that. He did a excellent job and was very through. I would totally recommed him to any one needing plumbing work done. He knew what he was doing and didn't sugar coat it. Just did it right.  THank you Dependable Sewer & Drain.

Prompt! Courteous! Professional and Reliable! I phoned around 9:45 a.m. and was told a technician would arrive between 11 a.m. to noon.  They phoned at 11:15 a.m. and said they were 15 minutes out.  Adam arrived right on time, accessesd the situation and fixed the tub handle in minutes.  He insisted that it was a simple fix and did not want to charge me the service call.  WHAT?  He could have told/sold me anything.  Adam was a honest as could be.  In the end, we settled on a price for his time and expertise.

I called around 4 p.m. and he came at 6 p.m. the same day. He diagnosed the problem, got parts, and fixed what he could do today. He will be back to fix the rest. He did a good job of explaining our options. What we thought was going to be a big deal turned out not to be and we so appreciate him coming out so quickly!!!

Called last week to make an appointment for today at 10 AM .
My front water spigot needed to be replaced due to it being old and leaky and I was afraid it would break soon.
 Adam came out on time and had to cut into my ceiling tile in the downstairs living room to gain access to the water pipe. After he did that , he went to get the part he needed and was done quickly after that.
Overall it took about an hour and a half . Very quick and professional would definitely recommend.
