The two young men that showed up were professional and friendly. They took great care with our items and made sure they were where we wanted them. They were the only company I could find locally that did small jobs with a two-hour minimum. Thank you.

Very good. Not certain that the crew was the crew that supposedly worked for Matt nine years but overall did a good job. No complaints. Price a little high considering the move was only 16 miles.

Other than the inherent chaos caused by having two crews going in and out of doors on two different floors with different items going to different locations it went extremely well. The second job was done without a hitch.

They went out of their way by making multiple trips to the site just to test which one of their trucks could get into my very challenging driveway. The estimate was reasonable for what was going to be a very difficult job. They were fast, efficient, and all of my items arrived in good shape. In the end the job was only half the price estimated, and finished one day earlier than estimated. The only problem was that due to the nature of the job, I could not keep an eye on both of the two crews, who were using different exit doors on different floors. Consequently, a small number of items that I failed to mark for destination ended up at the wrong destination. More planning or communicating on my part could have reduced this problem, but to a small extent, their desire to work fast (and save me money!) led to some of the communication problems. I absolutely will use them for my next move, but I will be better prepared, and insist on 10 more minutes of orientation before they actually start loading.

Showed up as planned and moved all of our furniture with no damages.

Matt and his guys are excellent. They are prompt, courteous, work very hard, and do the job right. I've hired them for several moves and for hauling away junk. I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else in Colorado Springs. Thanks, Matt!

We were extremely happy with our moving day thanks to iHaul IMove. Even though we never personally met the owner Matt, he was very helpful every step of the way and we were very impressed with his team. They worked hard and efficiently and finished our move in 6 hours, 2 hours under the estimated time. We highly recommend this company!

Not only did they do a great job with the move - but Matt displayed a level of integrity very difficult to find these days. An envelope of money and a debit card fell to the ground from under a cushion when moving a chair. I was not there at the time to see it fall. He could have easily tucked into his pocket and I would have never known. Instead he handed to over as soon as I arrived at the storage shed. I could not believe it. Thank you Matt! I will be calling again as soon as I am ready to move into my new home! That level on honesty is hard to find these days!

iHaul iMove was the way to go. When I talked to Matt I explained that we were only moving a short distance and would only need the movers for some VERY heavy furniture (about ten pieces) which would have to go upstairs. Matt explained the best way to maximize his service and never tried to upsell me. Devon and Cody showed up right on time on a Saturday morning and got straight to it. These guys were super polite, worked very hard, and had everything moved exactly where we wanted it in a few hours. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I seriously don't understand the other reviews of these guys...did I get a knock-off iHaul iMove team? I've moved three times in the past year, so I have a good understanding of the level of effort required to move my household and about what it should cost. iHaul iMove exceeded both of those metrics (that's not a good thing). I will start off by saying that my family has a lot of stuff. We filled an entire 28' ABF trailer on our first move from out of state, and it was packed to the roof. When we moved to the Springs from Denver, we had four guys and two medium-sized trucks. When I initially called iHaul iMove and gave Matt that information, he said they'd only need three guys and one truck, but they would probably have to make two trips. I was fine with that, given the strong reputation they have here as well as on Yelp. On the day of the move, Matt looked through my house and said "we may not be able to finish today." I should have fired him right then but I kept hope and took a "wait and see" approach. Throughout the day they moved very slowly. There was no urgency to their actions, and they seemed more concerned with their own comfort than with finishing my job. In my previous moves, each mover would carry two or three boxes at a time by hand out to the truck, and they would be moving fast. This time, two people used the shoulder straps to carry two or three boxes together at a nice leisurely pace! The other would use a dolly (slow). They started at 9:00 and didn't finish loading stuff from the house until 1:30. I thought OK unloading usually goes a lot faster, there's still a chance they can pull this off. Nope. Unloading took another 3.5 hours, and by now (5:30) they were too tired to go back and get the rest of my stuff. Unbelievable. We moved from Denver to the Springs in the same amount of time and for the same price that iHaul iMove took to move 2/3 of my stuff within town. Now I have to go find another moving company to take the rest of my stuff to my new house. The upside is that none of the stuff they moved got noticeably damaged. I cannot recommend iHaul iMove unless you have a small apartment. Even then, be prepared to get slow-rolled and overpay.

Matt is the owner and provided us with outstanding service. We were moving from one home and needed items picked up from two different homes. Matt and Oscar listened to all of our  concerns and were very accommodating. They are very professional and take care of your items as if they belong to them  They were timely and worked very efficiently. We have moved several times with the military it this was by far our best  outcome for no damages.

The 3 man crew did a great job moving us to our new home. They were fast efficient but careful. I am always a little leery when you pay by the hour but these guys worked hard, no milking the clock at all. From how easy it was to book, the quality move, the ease of payment at the end it definitely reduced the stress of moving.

From the get go, communication was key. Matt, the owner of iHaul iMove, earned my trust during the very first phone call to his office. During that call Matt confidently walked me through his plan to tackle my family's move while he described the capabilities of his company and his team of highly experienced movers. While iHaul imove offers a full suite of moving services, including packing boxes and deconstructing furniture, we opted to do this portion of the move ourselves and hired iHaul iMove to do the heaving lifting.
Matt continued to communicate with us a few days prior to our move to confirm the schedule and once again on move day to announce their estimated arrival time. Matt's continued communication helped alleviate some of the stress of moving by allowing us to let it go and worry about one less thing. 
On move day Matt and his team walked the house with us and asked specific questions about what needed to be moved. After finalizing the plan, the team went to work and provided protective wraps for fragile items and efficiently moved our belongings with care and professionalism. Matt's team paid a great deal of attention to our belongings, wrapping, lifting, and carrying items through tight corners with an ease that only comes with experience. In addition, Matt's team found my wedding ring, which I misplaced several weeks prior to our move. A huge thank you to Pablo!  
Once the house was packed and the truck loaded, the iHaul iMove team followed us to our final destination where they wasted no time unloading and setting up appliances and furniture exactly to our liking. In the end, the team finished well before the originally estimated time frame. The attention to detail, professionalism and efficiency displayed by iHaul iMove would make me hire them again in an instant.
