"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. They provided us with maybe 12 hours worth of work. They are no longer showing up to work or returning our phone calls. We were told by the company that they were bankrupt and used our money for another job. They said we no longer have your money. They still have their website up and have their phones listed as Risen Contractor Group. Do not hire!"
