Do not give these people a dime. My neighbors hired them to weed, and I was keeping an eye on the house. They billed 9 hours x 3 people, for $1400. There were two people for about 2 hours. Other than the obvious grift, they did an unbelievably terrible job. 3 foot tall lambs quarters left everywhere. Bind weed everywhere. Huge patches of weeds beaten into submission, but not actually pulled. As a gardener I know that will just make them angry and grow back twice as big. Grass everywhere in flower gardens. This was not even a $25 job. They have cameras, and can prove everything. Unbelievable.

I had Kodey come and replace my electrical panel and all of my plugs and switches due to lose connections. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail before the job and everything he did has worked perfectly, and I would totally use his company in the future. I also have referred a few people to him as well.

Someone gave me a call Sunday after I made the Angi s request, said he could come over Monday to provide an estimate and check it out. I checked his Angi s page and it said he provided free estimates. When he got to the house, he came with another gentleman. After they looked at the work that needed to be done (door trim and base boards in part of a bedroom) they sprung onto me that I had to pay a $150 service free for the estimate. I pushed back and said that was pretty crazy and never disclosed upfront. He insisted that Angi s list was supposed to disclose this but also insisted that I pay. At that point, it was a 5 4 130 pound female versus two grown men, and I paid up via cash app. After sleeping on it a few nights I realized how wrong they were and reached out Thursday asking for a refund. He fought me on it and said he would get back to me but has since ignored all texts. I would have never had him come out and give an estimate had I known it would be $150. I would just like to have my $150 refunded back to me.

Very professional. Took pictures to back up his inputs. Friendly. Will recommend and plan to use for more projects.

These guys demonstrated stellar professionalism and outstanding customers service. I would definitely hire them again.

Removed 2 walls between kitchen living areas. 1 load baring which they created a support solution for and finished the necessary completion of the ceiling and floors. In addition they moved electrical outlets as well which allowed to additional outlets, lighting etc.

I had several outdated windows that needed replaced and Colorado Custom Home Services installed new ones for me. They were professional, great customer service and took the time to get the job done correctly.
