As jobs go, this one was very easy, but Justin (I think that was his name) made sure to FIX what was wrong, instead of telling me I had to have a more expensive service. "Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. Every evening they cleaned up the work site and kept the clutter to a minimum. Within a week the task was completely done and we are very glad that we waited."

"We called in the order and scheduled the time, however, when the technicians arrived, they did not have the scaffolding needed to reach the ceiling and had to reschedule. When they arrived the second time, they didn't have the platforms for the scaffolding and had to go purchase it from Home Depot. I assisted the two technicians in setting up the scaffolding and the install. I think they could have done it themselves, but if I helped, they would complete faster. The fan was VERY large, and they did a good job of removing the old one and installing the new one. Overall, very pleasant to work with, just could have been a bit more prepared. Reasonable rate with the Angie's list coupon."
