I called into them to find out why and they said that they had called me and tried to leave me a voicemail, but my mailbox was full. They never called me back to let me know they weren't coming. No follow up at all. I asked them if they could fit me in today since I had to be out of my rental house today, and it was their mistake for not getting ahold of me.
