While there are a number of Angie's list companies that are offering deals, many of them appear to be so busy that they did not return my phone calls. I had passed Steamatic on the way to work, and noted their large sign, so I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was responsive, and scheduled an estimate for a time convenient to us. On the day of work, two personnel showed up (on time), and they used the rotating bristles with a large vacuum (powered by their diesel truck). The house (which we had bought in April) had not had the vents cleaned, and you could see pieces of old candy, change, and all sorts of things when peering down into the vents. Steamatic cleaned them to the point where I can breathe easy, knowing that the cleanliness inside of the vents match the cleanliness of the units. We will use them again, for sure.

Arrived on time and did a complete inspection of the areas that needed to be cleaned.
Carpet had not been cleaned for 2 yrs due to family illness, but they did an excellent
job of cleaning all areas and spots - placed all the furniture on pads to protect the
carpeting - were extremely careful to avoid damaging the baseboards - carpet was
essentially dry within 12 hours.
Justinie and Jordan were friendly, polite, very professional - we will use Steamatic
again when needed.

They arrived on time. Took them on a walk through the house to show them what needed to be done and any spots that needed special attention. Other than the carpet being crunchy a little bit when it dried it turned out fine.

I live in Mountain Shadows and God was watching over our house. We dodged a bullet and our house survived the Waldo Canyon
fires. Our neighbor across the street had their air ducts cleaned and I asked who performed the job and if they were happy with the outcome? They told me that it was Steamatic and they did an excellent job!
I made an appointment for an estimate to clean the air ducts and dryer vent. Ray came out as scheduled sand was very professional. He first examined the house to count up the number of vents and registers. Once completed, he took the time to explain the process and how each service was to be performed. He advised that their company was HEPPA certified since I was also looking to have the furnace, A/C coils and humidifier cleaned also. I called around 2 other air duct cleaning companies and after reading about air duct cleaning on the internet chose Steamatic.
Called and made an appointment to have requested work performed. Two gentlemen showed up 8:45AM as scheduled and started promptly. They covered all the vents with cardboard on each level and connected a BIG vacuum hose to the furnace out to their truck. I have a 3 level home and level by level they used an air compressor with a whip action on each vent to force all the debris and whatever down to the basement. When completed with all the levels, they asked me to check all the items in the main supply left from the original construction, toys, dog hair and whatever else fell down the vents. They also cleans out the dry vent since has never been cleaned in the 17+ years I have owned the house.
Once completed, they started work on the mechanical items (furnace, A/C coils and humidifier). They took apart the furnace and A/C coil and used a high presuure air compressor to clean and inspected it.
The 2 gentlemen were at the house for at least 6 hours, if not more, and worked the entire time with a break for lunch I think. I was completed satisfied with the woprk performed and would recommend them to others. Steamatic was not the lowest estimate but I was very impressed and satisfied with the job performed.
There are definitely cheaper air duct cleaning compamies out there, but not sure if they are as thorough as Steamatic was.

I called Steamatic on Monday morning, March 4, 2013, and Tami scheduled and appointment Monday afternoon. Tami was very polite and professional. Ray arrived Monday afternoon. Ray was very friendly, polite, and professional. He was very detailed when he explained the procedures on cleaning the carpet. When Rich and Justinie arrived on Friday morning, March 8, 2013, they were very friendly, polite, and professional. Rich told me to relax because they would take care of moving anything that need to be moved. They explained the process on how the carpet would be cleaned. In addition, they put the furniture on little pads in order not to ruin the carpet. They took their time with the cleaning. I am very pleased with the cleaning of my carpet. I was so pleased I asked Rich about cleaning the interior of my car. He gave me a great price and informed me that the work would be done here at my home. I would definitely hire this company again. I will recommend to family and friends. I am very impressed that I received my appointments quickly.

I called Steamatic Monday morning, around 9:00 am on March 4, 2013, and Tami scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon with Ray for a free estimate on cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. Tami was very polite and professional. When Ray arrived he was very friendly, polite, and professional. Ray was very detailed with the processes for cleaning the air ducts; and he informed me that Steamatic was the only certified duct cleaners in Colorado; and I was shown a video of the process. I had conducted my research and notice some companies were offering the same services for less money so therefore I was not surprised by the cost. On Thursday, March 7, 2013, Jay and Anthony conducted the services. Jay performed the demonstration of the process on the video. Jay and Anthony were very friendly, polite, and professional. They both explained the process before they started; Anthony took pictures of the air ducts to show me the before and after cleaning the ducts; Jay and Anthony took their time cleaning the vent; and Jay explained what they had done after the work was completed. Jay informed me that I did not need to clean the air ducts until 2016. In addition, Anthony informed me that the dryer vent was very easy to clean because the outside vent was not very dirty. I would hire this company again and I would definitely recommend Steamatic to my family and friends. I am very pleased with the service performed.

The work that the Steamatic crew did was extremely thorough, the equipment they used was tailor-made for the task, and the results were outstanding. The two-person team was courteous, pleasant, prompt and professional and even adjusted the final cost of the job downward (from original estimate) when they discovered that one of the air returns was not in use and did not need cleaning. The lead technician was clearly experienced in furnace work and the duct cleaning process, and explained every step he was doing as he went along.
I have worked with a number of technical contractors over the years and this company--from initial call, through estimation and delivery of the service--was first-rate. They were not the cheapest of the companies I considered, for sure, but they do exactly what they advertise, and do it extremely well. We are very happy with their service and would employ this company again.

The Steamatic crew that showed up at my house to clean my air ducts, carpet and upholstery did an excellent job. If you ever want a quality job done at a competitive price, don't hesitate to call Steamatic. My whole house smells fresh and clean and I can finally breath. All my spots have also been removed. One happy customer for life!

They did a pretty good job. I thought that it possibly could have been done a little better but I was happy that the carpets were not overly wet when they were finished.

They called to see if they could come over earlier than scheduled, which was great! They were friendly and explained what they were going to do. My carpet appears cleaner. My only complaint would be how wet the carpet was for about 10 hours after the cleaning, however, it was cold outside and I wasn't able to open the windows.

Workmen were timely and professional for both the estimate and the service. Pricing was consistent with the estimate. Steamatic may charge a bit more than some other providers, but in my opinion, they're worth it.

They arrived on time and finished sooner than I had expected. They were considerate of the fact that I had young children in the house so they ran the houses through the basement so as not to have the front door wide open letting the cool air in.

We had used Steamatic before to do regular ductwork cleaning. When we had an incident with water damage and had to have the ducts cleaned and treated for possible mold, we insisted on using Steamatic again for this work. They showed up and gave a complete and professional estimate. When we were at the point where they could complete the cleaning and treatment they were very professional. They were very careful in protecting the floors and walls. The team that performed the work was very complete in checking all the expected areas and making sure that they didn't blow dirt and dust all over the house as they were working. Another team showed up to clean the carpets in our master bedroom and were just as professional and courteous as the ductwork team. They got out all the stains, they were again very careful not to cause any floor or wall damage, and they completed everything we expected. We will continue to use this company for carpet and ductwork cleaning services in the future.

There is no comparison to any other company. They have huge equipment. They did an excellent job. They did promise to install 3 fresh filters, but they did not have them and instead blew out the old ones. This is why I gave a grade of B for professionalism. Otherwise, the work was very good. I would use them again, but I would make sure the filters are included. I don't believe anyone else can do work as well as them.

They were very efficient. They did a good job. The cleaning lasted a long time.
