Coit was very responsive. They came to our house, reviewed what needed to be done, and provided an estimate. We had other companies give us review the work required but Coit's was the best. When they came to do the work they were prompt, very polite, and very clean. The work they did was just what just what was expected (except for they dryer duct that had problems which they fixed). Afterward we noticed a definite difference in the house in that we had much less dust.
I do recommend them. The qualify of work is a B+.
The technician was professional and courteous. The carpets look better than they have in a long time. Not only look better, but I can tell that a lot of the dust and dirt that was embedded in the carpet is gone. My allergy symptoms have greatly reduced. The process was completed in a timely manner.
I live in the country, and the wind was blowing pretty good that day. My only problem that we encountered was that the truck mounted system works with the engine running. After awhile, I could smell exhaust in a part of the house.
I brought this to the attention of the technician and asked him to move the truck. He did so, somewhat reluctantly, and when he resumed with the rest of the project, low and behold the carbon monoxide detector started to alarm. We were able to get the house aired out, work completed and the alarm did not go off again.
I would use this service again, but be very specific where the truck could b parked.
I will never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone.
1. Carpet was not raked and boot prints left on carpet as they "finished".
2. Tiles in worse shape than when they arrived; what and how an unknown cleaner was applied... and whether in fact expensive and expansive tiles are ruined... remains to be determined by true professionals.
Coit's supervisor later arrived and was very professional. He declared entire job to be unsatisfactory in all respects and pledges job will be done again... this time correctly. Here, however, is a question: Would you permit Coit Clowns back in your home?
