They were good listeners and the system they recommended was exactly what I wanted (in contrast to several competitors). "I worked with Ryan Black at BCIT Mechanical for my total HVAC replacement (Condenser, Evaporator, Gas Furnace, Humidifier, and Air Filtration System) and he did an excellent job with both the bidding process and the installation. I got a total of 4 quotes at the start of this project (BCIT came in as #2 of 4) and Ryan actively worked with me to accommodate some offerings from other contractors on their warranties and equipment provisions which set BCIT as the best value with my needs; so I went with them. BCIT completed the work in a single day and the equipment has been working great! I ended up going with a Payne 16 SEER Condenser and 96 AFUE Furnace, ADP Copper Evaporator Coil, and Aprilaire 600M Humidifier and 2210 Air Cleaner. BCIT kept the design of the install tight given my future basement expansion plan, and they installed everything with solid workmanship from what I can tell as the owner. I would definitely recommend them, just let them know what you are looking for and they are more than accommodating with taking care of your home and needs."
