"A.P. put in a new, large concrete patio, sidewalk, under ground plumbing and a number of other things of us at our home and two of our rental properties. Joe called me back immediately and we got the appointment scheduled. He then located and fixed a tricky sprinkler line that had been penetrated by a tree root, causing none of the sprinklers in that area to work.
