Best concrete driveway pros near Morrison, CO

"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"Peter (Owner) is very knowledgeable in all things related to asphalt and cement repair and maintenance. He guided us through the options available to keep our roads in the best condition, both structurally and atheistically. When it came time to do the work, he communicated effectively throughout the whole project. He and his team did an excellent job and our HOA was very pleased with the quality and cost of the work performed."

"Excellent work! I was so impressed, crew showed up when scheduled, executed the work professionally. I was especially pleased with the grading work that was done on the hill as the road curved around, rain no washes out my driveway!!! I'm am so pleased and would highly recommend Blacktop+."

"We recently completed a massive front yard project. We are so thrilled with how it all turned out, and we’re getting so many compliments from our neighbors. The project included a concrete driveway, stamped patio, new sprinklers, sod, concrete edging, plants, plus all the prep work and other things I’m sure I’m missing. The owner Gabriel was very responsive and knowledgeable. His crew was so awesome, they worked tirelessly to finish our project quickly, and they were so kind when my kids wanted to “help”. We’re really happy we moved forward with the project and know peppers was why it ran so smoothly."

"Rock N Block was fantastic to work with. They helped us with a concrete patio, concrete slab for a shed, and artificial turf. They were efficient, helpful, and thorough. We worked with Chris and he communicated well and quickly. Our project was done in a timely manner and the crews were clean and respectful. Highly recommend Rock N Block."

"With the recommendation of neighbors, I hired Legacy to tear out and replace an old porch, steps, and double driveway. The owner was responsive to rescheduling when I expressed concerns about weather changes. The crew were on schedule, professional, efficient, and highly-skilled, especially the finishers. I was very satisfied with the final product, and the price was reasonable. I would use them again for any concrete projects I have."

"Miguel was a pleasure to work with. He takes great pride in his work and went out of his way to be sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Irrigation, fencing, sod, artificial turf, rock, raised beds, plantings (so many plants!), concrete -- everything was executed very well. He communicated well throughout the project, was on time, and cleaned up the worksite every day. Five stars!"

"I couldn't be more happy with how my landscape project turned out! The team at Rocky Mountain Landscape were easy to communicate with, punctual and professional. They also made it easy as a 'one stop shop', performing concrete, fencing, irrigation and landscaping! My yard looks fantastic and the quality of work is top notch. I can't wait to use them for phase two of my landscaping project."

"I hired D&D for a full backyard transformation, and it turned out absolutely amazing. Daniel was incredibly attentive and responsive. I appreciate that he was able to work within my budget and gave me options and suggestions. From the dedicated kid's area, stamped concrete, to my fire pit, everything turned out better than I imagined. I highly recommend these guys."
