We had grass removed, paver walkways installed and rocks were expanded (about $15,000 in total). Overall, the work performed was done very well. The paver prep and installation was excellent. They had to cut pavers around two curved concrete areas. The paver cuts for this were outstanding. The rock they initially installed, did not match our existing rock. They indicted the existing rock would be matched the best they could, but it really looked bad and had small gravel pieces within it all over. Our existing rock was from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in diameter. After contacting the owner about this issue, she made a special trip to look it over and agreed it did not match. The owner fixed the issue by removing the rock that was installed and bringing in rock that was all 1 1/2 inch thick and a better color match. We really appreciated that the owner was willing to fix this for us at no additional charge. We have worked with some businesses that are not willing to correct their mistakes. This company did and went above and beyond to fix it. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape.

Extremely unprofessional! No communication! Lack of organization caused unnecessary waste of my time. They schedule my appt and when my appt time came no one called or showed up. I reached out and their staff stated, "I see the reason why it was pushed but I don't want to say." Then I get a text that says sorry, your zip code is out of our service area. THEN DONT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT! Shouldn't you know WHERE you can work? I have screenshot of everything! ZERO STARS! I have a certain finger I'd love to award them though.

It took a few start and stops to get it right, but the finished project was what I wanted. Very responsive! Hard workers.

We used Rocky Mountain last year and we were so happy how that turned out we asked them to work on our back yard project. As always there was great communication and they worked with us every step of the way. We had a designed who completed a 3D blueprint of our backyard. We didn't think our yard could look as good as it does. They have a very hard working crew and they make sure you are satisfied with the job. We are so happy with the outcome and we will continue to use them for future projects.

Rocky Mtn. Snow Removal put in our backyard during the VERY RAINY Spring this year and did a 5 Star JOB!!! We love it!!! They took the time to make sure it was exactly as we wanted it to be!!!!

Hired them for a simple tear out out of my old and broken brick patio and replace it with a stamped concrete patio along with removing a tree, relocating some sprinkler heads, and move a downspout. I was working with the landscape designer for the project up until the start date, when he had to go out of town and handed my project off to another manager. Fine, people need vacations, but the new manager was not told all the tasks of the project, was only on site for 15 minutes, and arrived only to do the patio and had no idea about the other work I needed done. I was billed before the tree was removed and irrigation fixed, and I still have no idea when that will be done. They also completely removed all the grass from my lawn near the patio which was NOT part of the agreement, and now I have to replace the yard there. The new patio isn't properly draining and I was not consulted on the form shape until the last minute, so I'm not 100% happy with the final shape.

We were very happy with our backyard project. Deanna, Greg, and Damian worked with us from the beginning till the end of the project. They were there to answer our questions. An absolute pleasure to work with and we got the yard we were dreaming of. Thank you all!

They also made it easy as a 'one stop shop', performing concrete, fencing, irrigation and landscaping! My yard looks fantastic and the quality of work is top notch. RMSR&L did an exquisite job reconstructing my front yard!!! All work was performed professionally, the execution was impeccable. They had great suggestions for design improvement and were timely in their execution. One is always worried about a contractor's work, this is not the case, VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW AND TEAM!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR WATER FEATURES!!! They did a terrible job. Told me they knew how to install them and found out after they never have done them. After trying to fix the feature several times they gave up and told me there was nothing they could do to get it working the way it was supposed to. After spending over $10,000 on it I had to have another group completely redo it. I have tried to get some money back from them for it since it was under the year time frame for warranty. They are only willing to give me $500 back after spending over $20,000 with them overall. Very disappointed in their response time and responses.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. Crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned up the yard after working.

It went well, quickly, and efficiently. A large crew worked together to complete the removal of old plantings and an unneeded sidewalk -- and then put in a new area of mulch for spring planting and surrounding light gray river walk and new concrete access to the front door. Each day they stayed until necessary clean up was completed. I'm eager to see the new plantings in a few months.

It went very well very. They are professional. You would hardly know they were here except for the bob cat situation. They are professional and quiet. By the end of the day, it was very tidy getting ready for the next day for work. The owner came by every day and asked me and my mother if we were satisfied with the work. The son of the owner dealt with the sprinkler system. He showed me how to operate it and answered all my questions. Two days later the original sales representative came by to check in if I was satisfied and said that should I have concerns, I should give them a call. The fence the original was installed in 1964. It was quite a work, but he got it done. They also took out some old tree roots. My mother was very happy . They made her smile. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anybody.
