Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

The company representative, Manuel, insisted that we could coat the original unfinished concrete to match the new stamped concrete. Disappointingly, the stamped pattern on the patio extension was badly out of alignment, and looked quite amateurish. Also, we began to develop cracks in the new cement a couple of weeks after completion. We made multiple phone calls to Manuel, and to the company office (which always went to voicemail) asking for someone to come out and address these issues, as well as setting up time a to recoat the original deck.
