"The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."

"Poor quality, poor follow through, and dishonest. Our estimate was for two coats of paint and they only did one. We caught them on it when we called Sherwin-Williams and Cameron then refused to allow them to provide us a copy of the invoice. Gareth did the majority of the work and literally ruined the entire job. We had to have another painter come in and sand all the trim as well as try to fix all the paint runs, mottled texture, and a host of other problems. Cameron claimed this was all ‘normal’ touch-ups. The ‘two week’ job took 2 months and the tape they used to mask off our floors ended up removing the finish on the floors it sat so long. Please avoid doing business with Cameron as he also gets defensive and rude if you criticize his work, which you can also see from his other Google reviews."
