did great work, called when running late and to let me know when they would arrive...did take one more day then estimated, but they had to did up 10+ posts by hand due to th location of underground utilities (something they couldnt have known until it was marked) would hire again in an instant!

Overall, didn't get what I expected. That was due to initial estimate done by the owner was not thorough in determining my real needs for the maintenance of the fence. So, now I'm left with 75% completion with this job. The workers did a great job for what was written on the paper but, as stated above 75% got done. My main concern verbally told to the owner was to have this maintenance done Only once and last for years due, to a neighbor not appreciating anyone being in his backyard. Another, observation was for a fencing company or any other company to come with only the supplies to do this job and not have additional supplies is Very unusual,

The crew arrived on time, and even a few minutes early. The crew were professional and polite and did exactly what was requested. The cost was right in line with the quote and the fence looks great. The work was completed in a timely manner and they finished faster than quoted. I would use their services again.

We first contacted Michelle several months ago, and she came out and gave us an idea for landscaping our yard. We liked her idea, but had more things to take into consideration (decks, specific plants, etc), so we had a landscape architect draw up the plans. We then contacted Michelle again, and told her we wanted to do some of the work ourselves. She was very easy to work with, gave us an itemized bid, and we chose what we wanted to do and what we wanted them to do.
Our rock wall looks very nice - I was able to choose the boulders I wanted, and it came out better than I anticipated. When I had concerns about runoff, the guys went out of their way to put extra material down and explain how the drainage was going to work. We are still planting plants and putting down material in our yard (per our wishes), but they did what we asked them to do very well.
The crew was wonderful to work with; very nice guys, and they were easy to communicate with. We will certainly hire Affordable Services again, and highly recommend them!

I called in the morning and they had a two person crew here by early afternoon. They gave me an approximate price and got right to work. They completed the job fast and remained professional and polite the entire time. When they had completed moving the brush pile the cleaned everything up (raked and swept). I was very impressed with the entire operation.

My experience with them was okay but not great. They were kind of aggressive trying to get things done when they thought that the billing would be an issue.

Unfortunately, there was a delay due to obtaining the permitting from the state of Colorado; however, Jeff and is crew were very diligently about obtaining the necessary paperwork before proceeding with the job even through their equipment was at the job site.
When the permit arrived, Jeff and his crew started work immediately on demolishing the house and removing debris per our contract agreement.
Jeff kept us up to date on the status.
He was professional and we would recommend his company.

Although I left a message requesting service after their normal business hours, I was not forgotten or ignored. I received a return call promptly the following day and was scheduled for the same day. They showed up on time, were courteous and quick to complete the job. Price was very fair. I have used them before and will continue to request their service again.

They came with the truck at the same time as making the estimate, and started working immediately after I agreed to the reasonable cost. They had 2 extremely hard working young men, who hauled the entire pile to the front and loaded it in their truck in just a little over an hour and a half. They cleaned up most of the mess on the driveway, and really did a great job. I had checked them out on the BBB site, and it looks like this is their first review on Angies List. I would certainly recommend them.
